Hospitality & Leasing Ambassadors also support the Management office by assisting with administrative tasks. Work Hours: One weekday (Monday‑Friday) 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Saturday & Sunday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Hours are subject to change; applicants must be available for weekends 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Present apartments and amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants Build rapport with current and prospective tenants while providing personalized service Prepare and execute lease agreements and addendums in accordance with LR Management’s property standards and regulations Maintain apartment availability and unit status records Monitor use of community facilities including laundry, mail, guest cards, and fitness center Partner with the Maintenance team to ensure the property is maintained effectively Screen prospective tenants to ensure they meet eligibility requirements Oversee and coordinate orientation of new tenants Assist with office and clerical tasks, including answering phones in a professional and courteous manner Follow up on service requests as needed Accept rent payments, security deposits, and other applicable fees Maintain and store documentation securely and effectively Inspect properties when tenants take occupancy and when they vacate liaise with tenants to provide information and address complaints and concerns Work independently and as part of a team Qualifications Include, But Are Not Limited To

Associate’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED with verifiable Leasing Coordinator experience also considered Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in leasing, hospitality, or administrative work Experience with Yardi and CRM Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills Ability to multitask during busy periods
