Role Summary
The Senior Strategic Sales Force Finance Analyst serves as a key analytical leader responsible for delivering advanced sales insights and shaping data‑driven strategies that enhance sales force productivity and profitability. This role partners with Sales Management, Pricing, Supply Chain, and other cross‑functional stakeholders to develop sophisticated analytical frameworks, optimize product mix, and support the organization’s long‑term growth objectives. By translating complex data into actionable recommendations, the role influences revenue growth, operational efficiency, and client retention. Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of complex sales analyses, including segmentation, territory optimization, sales funnel analytics, and predictive modeling. Closely monitor the changing customer and competitor landscape and turn insights into actionable strategies. Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and KPIs to monitor sales effectiveness and identify opportunities. Synthesize large datasets from Salesforce CRM, Tableau, and other sources to uncover actionable insights and present findings to senior leadership. Collaborate with Sales Management to streamline processes and enhance product mix strategies for maximum profitability. Integrate inventory management data with sales analytics to optimize inventory levels and forecast demand. Serve as a key liaison between Sales, Supply Chain, Pricing, and IT, ensuring alignment on analytics initiatives. Lead or support strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact. Stay current with industry trends, analytical tools, and methodologies to continuously enhance sales analytics capabilities. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, codes, standards, and company policies. Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's degree; Preferred: Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field. Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or a related field. Required: Advanced experience with Salesforce CRM, Tableau, and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL). Preferred: Prior experience in pharmaceutical distribution or a related industry. Deep understanding of high‑performing sales organizations and advanced sales analytics methodologies. Ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
