is seeking an experienced
Superintendent
to lead field operations on active and upcoming work. This role is ideal for someone with a background in similar project types and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results on schedule and within budget.
What You’ll Do As a Superintendent you will:
Lead daily on-site construction activities from start through close-out
Oversee subcontractors, site personnel, and daily logistics
Ensure quality control and compliance with plans and specifications
Maintain construction schedules and drive progress
Enforce safety protocols and site housekeeping
Coordinate inspections and facilitate smooth turnover
Communicate project status to leadership and stakeholders
Projects include:
interior build-outs, restaurant and retail renovations, office space transformations, medical and community facility upgrades, tenant improvements, and ground-up segments of work.
You Should Have
Superintendent experience on
commercial construction projects
(build-outs, renovations, tenant improvements)
Strong understanding of construction scheduling and sequencing
Ability to read plans, specifications, and project documents
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Commitment to safety and quality
