As a Senior Cloud ERP Solutions Consultant, you will be instrumental in our Delivery Practice within the NetSuite Professional Services team. This role offers you the chance to assist customers in implementing Functional NetSuite Cloud ERP Financials tailored specifically for various industries. Your expertise will enhance interactions with customers, implementation teams, and partners to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities:
Gather and document customer business requirements effectively.
Configure NetSuite software to meet customer specifications.
Analyze complex business requirements and design solutions involving configurations and technical components.
Define detailed functional requirements for automations and integrations associated with NetSuite.
Collaborate with technical teams to design and rigorously test automations and integrations.
Coordinate with Project Managers and colleagues to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery.
Engage with customer project leads and stakeholders for streamlined communication and delivery.
Aim to meet or exceed billable utilization targets consistently.
Continue expanding product knowledge while pursuing relevant certifications.
Mentor junior functional consultants to boost team capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, with substantial NetSuite ERP Financials implementation or administration experience.
Expertise in ERP solution implementation within specific sectors (e.g., Finance, Healthcare, Logistics).
Proven project leadership experience is vital.
Prior consulting experience is advantageous.
Demonstrable success in defining requirements for complex customizations and integrations.
Ability to guide customers based on industry best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a business or technical discipline is required.
NetSuite certifications are a plus.
Willingness to travel occasionally as necessary.

Salary Range: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum, with potential for bonuses and equity.
