Mission: The Essence of the Job Acquire new customers to our insurance agency by offering Auto, Homeowners, Umbrella, Specialty Lines, and other Personal Lines products.
$36k Base Salary + Uncapped Bonuses with Life Insurance Kicker! Top Producers Earn $70K–$100K+!

Valid P&C License
1+ Year Personal Lines Sales Experience
Positive personality
Coachable & open to constructive criticism for training and growth
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Intrinsically driven to be successful

Desired Outcomes:
Acquire 20 new households monthly or write $55K in total premium
Collaborate with team development as agency grows and advance from within
