Responsibilities Customer Engagement : Actively engage with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide expert advice.

Policy Management : Assist in the management and administration of insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Sales Goals : Meet established sales goals through strategic planning and customer engagement.

Quote Preparation : Prepare accurate and personalized insurance quotes for new and existing clients.

Customer Service : Deliver excellent service, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Follow-Up : Conduct follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with team members to achieve organizational goals and enhance team performance.

Requirements Licensing : Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses are required. Applicant must obtain within 30 days of hire. Licensing assistance is available.

Experience : At least 1 year of experience in insurance sales or a relevant field is preferred.

Skills : Exceptional interpersonal and consultative skills.

Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.

Customer Focused : A passion for delivering excellent customer service and achieving customer satisfaction.

Problem-Solving : Demonstrated ability to assess client needs and provide suitable solutions.

Teamwork : Ability to work collaboratively with the team to meet individual and team goals.

Organizational Skills : Must be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities efficiently.

Technology Embracement : Familiarity with basic computer systems.
