Personal Lines Account Manager
to deliver exceptional service and manage both new and renewal personal lines business.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage HNW Personal Lines accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Handle new business and renewals, including policy change request, binders, certs, and quoting. Handle the day-to-day workflow of insurance processing while supporting client needs. Use agency management system to keep accurate records.
Qualifications:
2+ years in personal lines insurance account management, ideally in an independent agency. HNW knowledge a plus. Active
P&C license . Expertise in personal insurance products, and insurance markets. Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
