Summary This position is responsible for coordinating patient care in the Executive and Preventive Health program at The Johns Hopkins Hospital and the Personalized Care program at Green Spring Station. The position is based at JHOC but will provide on‑site support to Personalized Care in GSS when necessary. Emphasis will be placed on scheduling and registering patient appointments, including gathering all necessary patient information, navigating patients throughout the Outpatient Center and main hospital, updating EPIC, providing patient education, and answering patient requests for information. This position will manage relationships with patients and/or their designee and other various referral sources.
Education/ Work Experience
BA or BS required or equivalent work experience.
3 years of related experience in healthcare and/or business with a strong focus on customer service best practices.
Salary Range Minimum $22.00/hour - Maximum $36.32/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
