Base salary starts at $42,000 with our top earners making up to $65,000 with commission.

Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and offer solutions accordingly.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the agencys client base.
Custom Solutions: Tailor insurance plans to meet the specific needs of customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position our offerings and bring added value to clients.
Customer Support: Provide excellent after-sales support to resolve any client issues and update policies as needed.
Documentation: Accurately maintain client records and manage documentation for all transactions.
Requirements
Michigan Property & Casualty License preferred.
Sales Experience is a plus!
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage clients and team members.
Customer Focused: Dedicated to meeting the expectations and needs of clients.
Motivated: Energetic and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
