What You’ll Do Consult with families over phone/Zoom about life insurance & living benefits Present personalized solutions (we’ll train you how) Follow up with warm leads Manage your calendar & pipeline Maintain professional communication and integrity Attend weekly team training Work toward licensing (if not already licensed)
What You Need to Succeed Life & Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain — we guide you) Strong work ethic and personal drive Excellent communication skills Ability to follow a proven system Comfort with phone sales + basic technology Ability to set & follow through on scheduled appointments High school diploma or equivalent
