What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Prospect and develop new client relationships
Manage existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
Meet new business volume production and portfolio growth goals set by management
Evaluate all aspects of potential transactions, including clients' financial positions and transaction structures
Collaborate effectively with credit and documentation teams to manage risk and deliver excellent service
What is Required (Qualifications):
Undergraduate degree (4 years or equivalent) is required
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the appropriate sector with a verifiable track record of production
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong cold-calling capability and attention to detail
Ability to travel as needed for client meetings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with financial products, pricing, and structure
Experience with SuperTRUMP, T Value, and ACT applications
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
