Duties
Assist in complex real estate transactions involving joint ventures and development projects. Draft and review documents related to acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. Collaborate with attorneys across various offices and practice areas. Advise clients in the hospitality and healthcare sectors. Requirements
Minimum of three years of experience in real estate transactions. Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills. Understanding of the business of real estate investing. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications
