RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Assist customers with Insurance policy renewals and underwriting compliance.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience in customer service preferred.
Communication and problem‑solving skills.
Property & Casualty license
must currently have or must be able to obtain.
Life and Health license
must have currently or must be able to obtain .
Ability to handle high‑stress situations calmly.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
State Farm Experience - 1-2 years servicing experience preferred
