Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and results-driven

Strategy Analyst

to join our team. This role plays a critical part in shaping corporate strategy, driving data-informed decision-making, and identifying growth opportunities across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial acumen, analytical rigor, and business insight to support executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Both

full-time and part-time

opportunities are available. Hybrid work arrangements are supported for U.S.-based applicants.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Analysis

Support development and execution of short- and long-term strategic initiatives

Conduct market research, industry benchmarking, and competitive analysis

Identify emerging trends and assess potential business impacts

Evaluate new market entry strategies and expansion opportunities

Financial Modeling & Forecasting

Build and maintain financial models to support business cases and investment decisions

Develop revenue projections, cost analyses, and scenario planning models

Analyze financial performance data and identify opportunities for improvement

Support budgeting and forecasting processes

Business Intelligence & Reporting

Translate complex data into clear, executive-level presentations

Prepare dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking tools

Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership

Monitor performance metrics and recommend corrective actions when necessary

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with finance, operations, marketing, and executive teams

Provide analytical support for major initiatives and special projects

Assist in evaluating partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, or new product initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field

Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, financial analysis, or related field

Strong quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Experience with data visualization and reporting tools

Strong presentation and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in strategic planning or consulting environments

Knowledge of financial modeling best practices

Familiarity with performance analytics and business intelligence systems

Experience presenting to executive leadership

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary:

$125,000 – $140,000 per year

Annual Performance Bonus:

Typically 10–20% of base salary
