HVAC Installer – Residential New Construction
Company: Bell Mechanical Services
Bell Mechanical Services is hiring an
HVAC Installation Technician focused exclusively on residential new construction . This role is ideal for installers who enjoy working on
new homes, rough-ins, and final system installs —not service calls or troubleshooting occupied homes.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Install complete HVAC systems in
new residential construction
Perform
rough-in work , setting furnaces, air handlers, ductwork, and condensers
Complete
trim-out and final installs
on new homes
Read and follow blueprints, layouts, and installation specs
Work closely with builders, supervisors, and install teams
Ensure all installs meet
code, safety, and quality standards
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and jobsite cleanliness
This is NOT a service or maintenance role No daily diagnostics, sales calls, or residential service dispatching
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in
residential HVAC installation
(new construction strongly preferred)
Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and all weather conditions
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record (company vehicle provided)
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and use ladders/tools safely
EPA certification (or willingness to obtain)
Trade school or hands-on installation experience preferred
