office, where we thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative atmosphere. The successful candidate will be in the office 2-3 days per week to foster the "creative spark" that happens in person.
The Role Our Strategists are the architects of our clients' success. You aren't just managing a checklist; you are uncovering the "why" behind the "what."
A successful Strategic Account Lead will bridge the gap between high-level business goals and ground-level creative execution. You will act as a trusted advisor, using data-driven insights and our proprietary AI tools to craft briefs that resonate. You are equally comfortable presenting measurement findings to a CMO as you are briefing a creative team on a social campaign. You bring clarity to complexity and ensure that every asset we create —whether written, visual, or social—is "made to measure."
How You Will Make Your Mark
Translate Business Goals:
Take complex client briefs and distill them into actionable strategic frameworks and creative briefs.
Insight Mining:
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience profiling to provide the "aha!" moments that steer our creative direction.
Measurement:
Define KPIs for projects and use data to prove the tangible value and ROI of our work.
AI Integration:
Leverage distillery’s AI toolset to streamline research and surface deeper insights faster.
Client Partnership
Trusted Advisor:
Serve as the primary point of contact for mid‑to‑high profile projects. You don't just take orders; you proactively listen and consult.
The "Room" Leader:
Lead weekly syncs and QBRs from the strategic lens, delivering updates that aren't just status reports, but strategic pulse-checks.
Growth Mindset:
Identify organic opportunities within existing accounts to expand distillery’s impact.
Creative Briefing:
Partner closely with creative teams to ensure the "distillery standard" is met and that work remains aligned with the brand strategy.
Quality Control:
Review creative outputs through a strategic lens—ensuring every piece of content tells the right story for the right audience.
Cross‑Functional Lead:
Bridge the gap between client vision and creative execution by translating high-level goals into measurable milestones. You will ensure all stakeholders are aligned on performance indicators and that final deliverables are audited against the initial strategic intent.
What You Will Bring to Make Your Mark
The Experience:
4–6 years in a strategy, brand planning, or client-facing role within a creative or tech agency.
The Mindset:
A blend of analytical rigour and creative intuition. You can read a spreadsheet and a mood board with equal fluency.
Communication:
Exceptional presentation skills. You can tell a story that commands a room.
Logistical Savvy:
While you are a thinker, you understand the "making." You are comfortable with tools like Monday.com and Productive to keep the train on the tracks.
Adaptability:
You thrive in fast-paced environments and can balance "creative ambition" with "financial reality."
