We’re seeking a Senior UX Designer to craft user-centered experiences for complex, enterprise-grade applications, directly impacting how products come to life. You’ll blend systems thinking with design craft to simplify intricate, data-rich workflows, working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver clarity, empathy, and simplicity. In this role, you'll be responsible for UX activities across the product lifecycle, from discovery to detailed design. As our team evolves, you’ll help build UX capability and culture, including mentoring and guiding as the team grows. What you will do
Plan and conduct user research: interviews, contextual inquiry, and user testing Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI specifications Apply and enhance our design system and component library across products Collaborate with engineering teams to clarify requirements and ensure high-quality implementation Communicate design decisions and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders Mentor designers, supporting their growth and building their confidence Contribute to evolving UX processes and culture in the software business unit Your profile
7+ years in UX, product design, or interaction design Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of complex products or features Proven ability to design enterprise-grade applications with intricate workflows Experience using and contributing to design systems Track record of successful collaboration with product and engineering teams Experience coaching or mentoring other designers (formal or informal) Systems thinker who thrives in ambiguity and works effectively within constraints Clear communicator who can articulate design rationale to technical and business stakeholders Nice to have
Experience with 3D interfaces, CAD tools, or industrial/technical software Familiarity with data-heavy, operational, or multi-system environments Experience in healthcare, aerospace, or manufacturing domains How to apply
