Accountabilities
Partner with leadership and stakeholders to understand workflows and regulatory requirements
Document current and future state pharmacy processes and data flows
Translate business needs into clear requirements and functional specifications
Develop and present solutions with trade-offs concerning compliance and scalability
Ensure solutions align with pharmacy regulations and internal policies
Lead design reviews to enhance pharmacy operations and patient experience
Identify and resolve issues across existing pharmacy systems
Evaluate system effectiveness and recommend enhancements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or regulated operations
Experience in a business or operations analyst role in healthcare settings
Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and healthcare regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and data visualization tools like Tableau
Experience with Microsoft Power BI and data modeling
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
