About Our Agency Ive built my agency with a strong foundation in State Farm experience, opening our first location in Arlington on January 1, 2020, and expanding into Fort Worth on February 1, 2025. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me a deep appreciation for integrity, accountability, and doing whats right for customers and teammates alike. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Qualifications
Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
