O’Keefe Millwork is looking for skilled Custom Cabinet Makers to join our growing team. Bring your woodworking expertise to a company that values quality, creativity, and attention to detail. You'll work in a modern indoor shop, creating high-end custom cabinetry for commercial spaces across the country.

What You’ll Do
Read and interpret detailed shop drawings and architectural blueprints
Build custom cabinets from start to finish using woodworking tools and equipment
Work with materials such as hardwood, plywood, laminate, and veneers
Assemble components with precision, ensuring exceptional quality and fit
Operate equipment including saws, routers, and case clamps
Collaborate with team members and support other departments when needed
What You Bring
1+ year of experience in cabinet making, custom furniture, or millwork
Proficient in reading shop drawings and using a tape measure
Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
Preferred Skills
3+ years of experience in custom cabinet making or finish carpentry
Knowledge of AWI standards and production quality guidelines
Experience with European-style cabinetry
Familiarity with laminates, veneers, and architectural woodworking
Formal education in woodworking, carpentry, or cabinetry is a plus
