Your Purpose in this Role We are one of the top premier Commercial HVAC and Plumbing Contractors in the state of Arizona. We are looking for growth-motivated and self-starting individuals who value efficiency, reliability, and family.
We are looking for a qualified Commercial HVAC Foreman with 8+ years of experience, also leads the field execution of HVAC and mechanical construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. This role oversees crews and subcontractors, coordinates daily jobsite activities, and serves as the primary field leader supporting project profitability, productivity, and safety outcomes.
Pay Starts at $35.00 hourly
- Pay Rate Determined in Interview.
Your Duties and Responsibilities Field Leadership & Execution
Lead HVAC field crews on large or complex commercial/industrial projects
Plan and execute daily and weekly work activities in alignment with project schedules
Coordinate manpower, tools, equipment, and materials
Read and interpret drawings, specs, and project documents
Resolve field issues and coordinate with Project Managers and Superintendents
Productivity & Cost Control
Drive labor productivity and efficient work practices
Track time, material usage, and production quantities
Support job cost management by minimizing rework and downtime
Identify potential scope gaps or change order opportunities
Safety & Compliance
Enforce company safety policies and OSHA requirements
Lead daily safety huddles and toolbox talks
Conduct jobsite safety walks and correct unsafe behaviors immediately
Promote a safety-first culture on every jobsite
Quality Control
Ensure installations meet drawings, specs, and code requirements
Perform quality checks and inspections prior to turnover
Support commissioning and punch list completion
Reduce rework through proactive quality management
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, train, and mentor HVAC technicians and apprentices
Promote accountability, teamwork, and strong work ethic
Assist in onboarding new field employees
Provide feedback on crew performance and development needs
Coordination & Communication
Act as the primary field liaison with Project Managers and Superintendents
Coordinate with other trades and site leadership
Participate in coordination meetings and schedule planning
Communicate material needs and field constraints early
Qualifications
7+ Years of experience in Plumbing.
Successful completion of High School Diploma or GED.
Organized individual able to handle timelines and deadlines.
Experience in project management.
