Responsibilities

Oversee the daily flow of the

Volvo/ SubaruParts Counter , ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and accurate service.

Assist retail customers, service advisors, and technicians in person and over the phone.

Identify, explain, and recommend Honda parts and accessories using electronic catalogs and dealership systems.

Take ownership of the customer experience by providing concierge-level support and ensuring inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.

Process parts invoices, special orders, and returns accurately.

Communicate parts availability, pricing, and back-order status clearly and proactively.

Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient parts counter and work area.

Support inventory control efforts, including stocking and organization as needed.

Carry out additional assignments that help create a positive and lasting customer impression.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Organized, friendly, and customer-focused personality.

Strong communication skills with both customers and internal team members.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Automotive or parts counter experience preferred, but not required.

Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
