Responsibilities Answer incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries Schedule and confirm grooming appointments Greet customers and assist with pet check-in and check-out Process payments and maintain accurate service records Provide information about grooming and pet care services Coordinate appointment flow with groomers and bath attendants
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Comfortable working in a pet-friendly environment Strong communication and organizational skills Basic computer and scheduling system knowledge Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
