We are seeking a customer service rep to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information as well as resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities
Provide information about the products and services
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, restaurant work, sales, or any similar customer facing fields
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
