Role Summary

Director, Adcetris Personal Promotion & Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Lead is responsible for the strategy, development, and execution of HCP field personal promotion and P2P educational initiatives for the ADCETRIS brand. The role integrates field-force promotional strategy with P2P education and sales engagement to ensure cohesive cross-channel execution that advances the ADCETRIS portfolio. The Director will collaborate across Sales, Thought Leader Engagement, HCP Marketing, and the broader Hematology Franchise to shape strategic brand deliverables and drive high-impact outcomes. Responsibilities

Lead and integrate US HCP Field Personal Promotion and P2P strategies into cohesive promotional plans that drive overall brand performance. Develop and implement targeted program strategies across promotional and educational channels, focusing on customer segments with the greatest potential to drive revenue impact. Oversee strategic planning and execution of all P2P content, including speaker programs, product theaters, and third-party educational initiatives. Lead development of core sales and P2P materials ensuring message consistency and refinement across indications. Partner with Sales Leadership to optimize cross-functional alignment and deliver results for the brand. Chair Field-Based Strategy Team meetings and gather field insights that help drive the business forward. Collaborate across the franchise to ensure consistent planning and alignment on strategy, messaging and program execution dates. Partner with KOLs to refine educational content through advisory boards, focus groups, and steering committee engagements. Serve as Sales Meeting Content Lead for national and regional meetings. Lead budget planning, forecasting, and financial management. Oversee vendor management, invoice tracking, and quarterly close processes. Manage agencies to deliver materials on time and within budget. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and medical review processes. Contribute to the annual US tactical plan. Integrate market research, field insights, KOL feedback, and analytics. Track KPIs to refine strategy and drive optimization across P2P and Personal Promo. Qualifications

Required: Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of pharmaceutical marketing or US commercial experience. Required: Demonstrated experience leading promotional and educational initiatives. Required: Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills. Required: Experience managing agencies and complex workflows. Required: Ability to execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred: Oncology experience. Preferred: Experience with P2P initiatives or brand launches. Preferred: MBA or advanced degree. Preferred: Digital/omnichannel experience. Additional Requirements

Strong analytical and mathematical skills. Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel up to 30%.
