We’re seeking a Director of Photography / Cinematographer for Holler, a non-union micro-budget indie feature shooting in Central Illinois.
Visually, we’re aiming for a grounded, cinematic look with naturalistic lighting, strong compositions, and rich wide landscapes—in the spirit of Roger Deakins’ work with the Coens (reference for approach and mood, not a claim of scale). We’re looking for a DP who can help the film punch above its budget through smart lensing, lighting choices, and efficient coverage. The shoot will be from May 30th to June 15th.
