In this pivotal role, you will actively collaborate with clients to assess their cyber risk exposure, implement cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions, and effectively respond to cyber incidents. As a valued member of our Cybersecurity team, you will participate in a variety of technical consulting and advisory services. These encompass threat and vulnerability management, technical security testing, cybersecurity assessments, incident response readiness, and strategic planning initiatives. The Lead Cybersecurity Manager position presents an extraordinary opportunity to leverage your technical expertise alongside your project management skills. Key responsibilities include: Conducting Cybersecurity Assessments:

Take the lead in performing thorough cybersecurity capability, threat, and risk assessments, as well as compliance and system configuration reviews. Executing Technical Security Testing:

Oversee and manage cyber-attack simulations and vulnerability assessments to uncover weaknesses. Enhancing Incident Response Readiness:

Collaborate on tabletop exercises and evaluate incident response capabilities to strengthen preparedness. Driving Business Development:

Spearhead practice growth initiatives and client engagement opportunities. Crafting Cybersecurity Strategies:

Assist clients in developing and refining cybersecurity programs that align with their business objectives. Remediation Support:

Provide expert guidance on cybersecurity risk control and implementation efforts. Delivering Consultative Recommendations:

Offer strategic advice to enhance clients' cybersecurity posture and technologies. Overseeing Client Engagements:

Manage all phases of client engagements, including planning, execution, and reporting. Leading Engagement Teams:

Supervise and ensure high-quality delivery from client engagement teams. Staying Updated:

Continuously maintain knowledge of cybersecurity trends and emerging threats. Effective Communication:

Promote collaboration with clients and internal teams, showcasing your expertise and confidence. Building Client Relationships:

Cultivate strong client connections, focusing on exceeding their expectations. Maintaining Professional Standards:

Perform other responsibilities as assigned. Your qualifications should include: Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related fields. Certifications:

Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or cloud security credentials are essential. Experience:

A minimum of 10 years in cybersecurity roles, preferably within consulting. Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to lead and manage significant cybersecurity functions and projects. Framework Knowledge:

Familiarity with leading frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and MITRE ATT&CK. Project Management:

Strong skills in managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments. Client Service:

Exceptional communication skills with a history of building outstanding client relationships. Analytical Skills:

Strong organizational and analytical capabilities. Travel Requirements:

Willingness to travel as necessary. The base salary range for this position is between $202,500 and $337,500 in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and San Jose, CA.
