Responsibilities
Support the Ascension Medical Group by overseeing the accurate administration of clinician compensation programs and standard compensation plans. Calculate complex clinician compensation and coordinate relocation and moving expense reimbursements in accordance with approved policies. Audit compensation transactions and maintain detailed reconciliation documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and fiscal integrity. Partner with Finance, HR, Payroll, and Operations to submit and track FTE and salary changes through integrated organizational systems. Serve as a primary point of coordination to research and resolve clinician compensation inquiries, discrepancies, and program-related questions. Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Accountant preferred. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed. Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Additional Preferences
Utilize 4-6 years of progressive experience in compensation, finance, or healthcare analytics to lead the administration, calculation, and auditing of clinician compensation programs. Leverage advanced proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems to accurately process salary adjustments, FTE changes, and comprehensive compensation reconciliations. Partner effectively with clinicians and highly compensated professional populations to resolve complex inquiries and ensure consistent application of standard compensation plans. #InternalOp
