Generative AI systems for our clients , focusing on LLM-based applications, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and
agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph with Observability . You will support scalable, secure, and production-ready deployments while guiding customers from
Proof of Concept to production , addressing solution architecture, infrastructure setup, performance tuning, and customer enablement. This position requires you to create and deliver technical assets, reference architectures, and engaging demonstrations that drive customer success and facilitate sales engagements. As a technical leader and mentor, you will have a significant impact on
product and engineering roadmaps
by integrating customer feedback into our development processes. Stay at the forefront of technology by maintaining deep expertise in
cloud platforms, distributed systems, and emerging Generative AI technologies . Responsibilities Engage with strategic customers and cultivate leadership relationships to design and implement effective solutions. Work directly with clients to gather requirements, develop architectures, and translate business needs into viable solutions. Implement solutions and ensure successful deployments through coding and scripting as needed. Showcase product and application knowledge through customized presentations at customer events and conferences. Support clients from Proof of Concept through to the production deployment of our services, including resource configuration, planning, and education/training. Create and distribute a variety of technical assets such as white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video tutorials. Act as a primary technical resource for both customers and sales teams regarding cloud solutions and customer satisfaction. Identify gaps and propose enhancements to influence
engineering roadmaps
based on customer-discovered needs. Provide direction and mentorship to other team members as a leading contributor. Handle complex, non-routine work that showcases advanced technical and business skills in your area of expertise. Maintain current knowledge on emerging technologies relevant to our offerings. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
