As a vital member of the Customer Success Services team, your mission will be to deliver exceptional post-sales support and solutions. You will be the go-to advocate for customers, addressing non-technical post-sales inquiries via phone and electronic communication, as well as managing technical inquiries surrounding our Electronic Support Services. You will play a crucial role in fostering strong customer relationships with Oracle Support while guiding internal teams through diverse customer scenarios.

Qualifications:
12+ years of extensive experience with ERP Financial solutions, including 3+ years with Oracle ERP Cloud - Financials implementation/support.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Strong technical and functional expertise in applications, ideally in Oracle.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
Responsibilities: In the role of Lead Techno-Functional Analyst for Oracle ERP Financials Cloud, you will be the proactive technical advisor, solution implementer, and risk manager ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include developing automated technologies to diagnose, document, and resolve or prevent customer issues. This position is recognized by Oracle, our partners, and customers as an authority in technical support for Oracle product usage in complex implementation environments. You will be instrumental in leading and developing new products, services, and processes, often at the cutting edge of technology. Compensation Information: The hiring range for this position in USD is from $46.30 to $95.91 per hour, equating to an annual salary range from $96,300 to $199,500. There may also be an opportunity for equity compensation.
