We are currently hiring Event Assistants to support live events and customer engagement activities. This is a full-time, entry-level position with paid training provided. No prior experience is required. This role offers hands-on experience in event coordination, guest interaction, and team collaboration within a structured and supportive environment. Position Overview

As an Event Assistant, you will help with the setup and execution of events while ensuring attendees have a positive and organized experience. You will work closely with team members to support event operations and represent the company in a professional manner. Key Responsibilities

Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown

Welcome attendees and provide helpful information

Respond to guest questions and offer on-site support

Maintain a professional and courteous presence

Record attendee interactions using basic tracking tools

Collaborate with team members to ensure events run efficiently

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

High school diploma or GED

Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
