We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to drive growth in Customer Experience (CX) through the development and implementation of Zoom CX's Strategic Alliances Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy, with a particular focus on our CX Systems Integrator (SI) alliances. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining operational frameworks that facilitate mutual growth and accelerate the adoption of Zoom's CX solutions. The ideal candidate will be a cross-functional leader adept at aligning sales, marketing, product, and channel teams to achieve measurable business outcomes and operational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Lead the charge in Zoom's CX Strategic SI Alliance GTM to accelerate the growth of Zoom CX.

Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with partner executives, sales teams, and technical teams.

Collaborate with key stakeholders across Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Channel, Product, and Services to align on initiatives, ensuring comprehensive program development and success.

Launch joint sales initiatives, marketing campaigns (including demand generation, events, and content), and detailed account planning.

Facilitate the programmatic execution of partner enablement and training on ZCX products and solutions to enhance their capabilities and drive joint revenue growth.

Act as a subject-matter expert on CX platforms, including Contact Center technology and conversational intelligence, while staying informed about products, competitors, and market trends.

Collaborate closely with Strategic Alliance Points of contact to activate joint GTM initiatives that maximize effectiveness and consistency in delivering value to the market.

Ensure success through strategic development and precise execution.

Craft GTM narratives based on product capabilities to advance the strategic partnership, implementing effective activation motions.

Provide executive-level insights and analytics on key performance metrics, adoption rates, and the impact of strategic initiatives.

Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in the Contact Center Market, demonstrating success in Strategic Alliances, Sales & GTM strategy, CX solution development, and Consulting development.

Proven background in working with strategic alliances and a demonstrated record of activating and realizing growth from GTM initiatives.

Comprehensive knowledge of the Contact Center and conversational intelligence sectors.

Prior experience within a systems integrator or management consulting environment, merging delivery with business development leadership to shape and execute GTM strategies.

Capacity to lead cross-functional teams and generate measurable business outcomes.

Aptitude for evaluating complex processes and applying critical thinking to innovate and enhance workflows.

Self-motivated and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced and dynamic environments.

Willingness to travel domestically as needed.

Strong presentation and communication abilities suitable for all organizational levels—from presenting programs to individual contributors to engaging with C-Suite executives during Quarterly Business Reviews.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $126,500.00 Maximum: $276,700.00 Note: Compensation will consider various factors and be aligned with qualifications and experience.
