New Role
A sports expert to help drive content placement and merchandising within the TNT Sports app on a year-round basis and work closely with content teams to assess available content and best position it for performance within the product.
Your Role Accountabilities
Become a power user of our merchandising tool: Site Builder.
Own after hours curation and execution of BAU live events (and catch‑up VOD replays / highlights as applicable) on the Sports lens (and in the case of unforeseen high priority events, Home lens) including monitoring the feed, making real‑time changes to placement and copy, and communicating / triaging issues within TNT / BR Sports teams and Max merchandising / content teams.
Collaborate on priority content calendar, and have acute awareness of cultural sports moments in the market. Recommend moments to elevate Sports in order to improve content discoverability, minutes/impression, impression efficiency, content diversity, and other relevant KPIs that improve the engagement/retention of subscribers and the performance of sports content on Max.
Support the Strategy Lead on in‑app Sports initiative planning, contributing Merchandising ideas as it relates to Sports across the platform.
Use data to drive decisions; share actionable insights and recommendations with the Global Merchandising team as well as other stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
Passionate about all things content: Expert Sports knowledge, deep familiarity with WBD’s Sports catalog, strong familiarity with competitor’s Sports content, curious about trends in the media business overall, and interested in the intersection of entertainment and sports.
Data‑Driven: Has experience analyzing data and using it to optimize the right time and right place to present the right content to our subscribers. Working knowledge of evolving performance metrics and implementation into strategy.
Operational Excellence.
Gains commanding knowledge of various editorial tools and CMSs.
Great attention to detail, creative thinker and problem‑solving skills.

Compensation & Benefits In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Base pay is $69,160.00 - $128,440.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short‑ and long‑term incentives, and program‑specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
