full-time Assistant Account Executive
to join our
Influencer Team . This role supports day-to-day influencer and social initiatives across multiple beauty and lifestyle accounts. The ideal candidate is
highly motivated, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented , with a strong interest in
influencers, pop culture, and beauty marketing . You should thrive in a
fast-paced, high-energy environment , bring a confident, polished presence, and communicate with professionalism at all times. Key Responsibilities:
Source, vet, and recommend on-brand influencers, celebrities, and experts for social campaigns, PR initiatives, product seeding, and event invite lists Conduct daily social listening to identify trends, emerging talent, and cultural moments relevant to our brands Monitor influencer and social campaigns to ensure smooth and seamless execution Create reports, decks, and content performance analyses for campaign recaps and recommendations Assist with experiential events, including on-site support and in-person interaction with influencers, celebrities, and media partners Manage administrative tasks including heavy emailing, scheduling/calendaring, reporting, and social coverage tracking Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required Strong interest in influencer, social, and beauty marketing Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong personality and confidence to interact professionally with talent, clients, and partners in person Excellent written communication skills with a clear understanding of professional email etiquette Bonus Points If You:
Are highly connected within the influencer, creator, or beauty community Actively follow influencers across platforms and understand emerging creator trends Have internship or entry-level experience in PR, influencer marketing, social media, or beauty/fashion Are a proactive self-starter with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset The Assistant Account Executive will work closely with account coordinators and managers across the agency to support integrated influencer and PR programs for leading beauty and lifestyle brands.
