We are seeking experienced Underground Utilities/Civil Superintendents to lead field execution on a multi-year program at the forefront of AI infrastructure development.

Project Location & Travel
The project is located in West Texas, within commuting distance of the Midland–Odessa region
Midland–Odessa International Air & Space Port (MAF) serves as the primary airport hub for project travel
Relocation, per diem, housing, and travel support are available for qualifying candidates
This is a 2–5 year, project-based assignment with long-term stability and continuity

About the Role The Underground Utilities Superintendent leads execution of all underground scopes supporting a hyperscale data center campus, including duct banks, manholes, storm, sanitary, and site utilities critical to AI facility operations.
This role establishes the foundation for all vertical and MEP construction that follows.
Key Responsibilities
Lead field execution of underground utilities and civil scopes
Coordinate civil, utility, and specialty subcontractors
Manage sequencing to support vertical construction milestones
Enforce excavation and underground safety standards
Ensure quality control, testing, and documentation
Coordinate with Project Management and Survey teams
Qualifications
7+ years of superintendent experience in underground utilities or civil construction
Experience on large industrial or campus-style projects preferred
Strong understanding of excavation safety and utility coordination
Proven scheduling and subcontractor leadership skills
Willingness to commit to long-term work in West Texas
