Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage roofing sales leads through referrals, inbound inquiries, and proactive outreach in Lincoln, NE Meet with homeowners and property owners to assess roofing needs and project scope Prepare detailed estimates, proposals, and contracts for residential and light commercial roofing projects Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure seamless project handoff Follow up with prospects and customers to close sales and maintain strong client relationships Maintain accurate records of sales activity, estimates, and customer interactions Requirements
