What You'll Be Doing
Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve regional aggregate sales goals.
Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities across key markets.
Analyze market trends and pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
Collaborate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless customer service.
Drive execution of strategic sales plans that support long-term business objectives.

Work Environment This role operates in a mix of office, plant, and field settings with regular travel to customer sites and regional locations. The position requires the ability to work collaboratively across diverse environments while maintaining a strong focus on safety and customer engagement.
