Responsibilities
Create design sketches, proto tech packs, and BOMs throughout the conceptual design process across multiple categories
Develop detailed flat sketches and CADs for presentations and line sheets
Communicate daily with overseas vendors and factories to manage sample development and production handoff
Ensure vendor communication supports on-time delivery aligned with design and market deadlines
Support the full development lifecycle including tech pack creation, fittings, and follow-up
Requirements
2–4+ years of experience in women’s design
Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Design or related field
Strong understanding of design processes and garment development
Highly organized with strong follow-up skills
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Centric PLM, Microsoft Excel, Outlook/Gmail
Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius.
