Growth Marketing Manager (Marketing) – New York, NY, USA (hybrid/remote)

Your Mission We’re a global team looking to build and test new programs while scaling existing ones. The ideal candidate will work to improve our MQL‑to‑meeting rate and help source new opportunities for our Sales teams. You will also be involved in our launch of a new product line, Non‑Human Identity Security, and build a long‑term partnership with our Sales leadership while driving pipeline growth in a data‑driven and creative way.

Your day‑to‑day partners will be 1 Marketing Operations manager, 1 GTM Engineer, and 10 US‑based Account Executives. You will report to Orian, Marketing Director.

What success looks like after 90 days

You will own a successful webinar program, leveraging the content team and BDR networks and automated emails to drive attendance.

You will have partnered with local sales teams to create pipeline through vertical outbound campaigns around compliance or industry‑specific needs.

You will have tested new channels and learned which work best to generate pipeline in the US for our ICPs.

Your day‑to‑day will include

Collaborate closely with design and PMM teams to deliver campaigns, with ops to measure results, and with sales teams for lead activation.

Plan and execute multi‑channel demand generation programs across paid channels, webinars, events, associations (e.g., ISACs), and account‑based marketing initiatives.

Nurture and manage external agencies and freelancers while directly overseeing program budgets to optimise cost per opportunity.

Develop and manage campaigns targeting both technical champions and business decision‑makers across different industry verticals.

Partner with sales and BDR teams to ensure smooth lead activation and create playbooks for outbound campaigns.

You will work with a best‑in‑class tech stack including HubSpot, Customer.io, Lemlist, Clay, and Livestorm. You will gain access to a world‑class GTM stack, coaching and support from tenured GTM and data leaders, a very tech‑savvy team, and unique data activation tactics thanks to our Good Samaritan alerting program.

Who You Are Here’s what we consider essential for success in this role:

Hands‑on expertise: You have directly owned and managed technical demand generation programs and are an expert in one or more tactics (SEA, SMA, email marketing, webinars, ABM).

Program management: You have managed freelancers or agencies, directly owned a budget, and have a track record of successful collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Multi‑target campaign experience: You have run campaigns targeting varied audiences with at least ICP‑level personalisation.

Prior experience in Cybersecurity or DevOps markets: Bonus points if you have successfully run ABM campaigns at an early‑stage IAM or DevSecOps vendor.

Data‑driven mindset: You know how to present campaign results and optimise based on metrics that matter.

The following skills would strengthen your application but aren’t required:

Messaging & copywriting skills: You can write compelling outbound copy for decision‑makers.

Customer marketing experience: You have run successful review collection programs or owned customer marketing.

Sales playbook development: You have built sales & BDR playbooks or campaign libraries.

AI adoption capability: You are comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency.

French language skills are a nice bonus.

The interview process 1. Video call with a Talent Acquisition team member To discover your professional background and evaluate if there could be a mutual match.

2. Team interview: Meet the team and/or your future manager To know more about yourself and your achievements.

3. Business case Work at home and present to the team. Objective: to evaluate your skills for the position and project yourself into the role.

4. Final interview with the CMO Carole will detail our company’s vision and ambitions for the next couple of years.

The base salary range for this position is expected to be $135,000–$155,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience and skills, location, and qualifications. This range represents the expected base pay for this role; additional compensation may include equity and/or other benefits.
