Job Overview We are looking for Call Center Sales Representatives who are experienced phone agents adept in both customer service and sales skills. Our elite client demands the best, and we recognize excellence and high performance. The role involves answering inbound calls, helping customers decide on products and services, and achieving incentives and cash bonuses.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound phone calls, listen and identify a customer’s needs.

Set up new customers and add additional lines of service to existing customer needs.

Position products and services to prospective customers.

Maintain composure in escalated situations and resolve with proper techniques.

Work in a fast‑paced, high‑energy, and fun environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experienced phone agent with both customer service and sales skills.

Ability to multitask and assist others effectively.

Strong communication skills.

Compensation $15 per hour plus bonuses and incentives.
