Job Summary We’re looking for a seasoned

Customer Service Representative

to join our team! You’ll be providing exceptional service to our existing and potential customers for the Norwesco brand of products at our Chino, CA location.

Key Responsibilities

Processing a high volume of orders, from entry to shipment

Answering incoming calls concerning a variety of topics

Configuring truckload quantities of our products to prepare for shipment

Communicating daily with production and logistics to coordinate order flow and shipments

Required experience – proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, exceptional communication & organizational skills in an office environment. Must be able to work individually and as a team and have the ability to adapt to sudden change dictated by the priority or urgency of work assignments.

Education required – a high school diploma or GED equivalent. College Degree preferred.

Years of experience preferred – 5 years with prior experience in a customer service capacity showing ability to demonstrate care for customers while managing customers and sales support. Demonstrated ability to manage escalations and occasional difficult interactions with empathy and a sense of urgency.

Industry experience preferred – basic knowledge of manufacturing and logistics a plus.
