Responsibilities Build & Optimize Systems
Design, implement, and manage systems for buyers, sellers, and transactions
Oversee contracts from executed agreement to closing
Create and maintain a detailed Operations Manual
Ensure marketing coordination and execution stay seamless
Own database integrity, lead tracking, and back-office systems
Track weekly goals, metrics, and performance dashboards
Financial & Business Operations
Manage books, bill pay, payroll coordination, and commission collection
Support budgeting and financial reporting
Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies
Improve profitability through smarter processes
Lead People & Execution
Supervise and support administrative, marketing, and virtual team members
Build onboarding systems for staff and agents
Coordinate trainings, travel, and vendor relationships
Protect and elevate company culture
Be the Operational Gatekeeper
Act as the key partner to the owner
Communicate clearly and proactivelyMaintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and vendors
Ensure consistency at every operational touchpoint
Qualifications
