Digital Marketing Specialist

$32.29 to $48.42 per hour
SUMMARY:
With the goal of enhancing lives, fulfilling dreams and building communities, the Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in overseeing the digital elements of marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on web and email initiatives. This position is also cross trained in all other functional areas of marketing. The Digital Marketing Specialist develops digital strategies, executes marketing automation campaigns, and provides comprehensive digital reports. The specialist partners with internal stakeholders and external agencies on digital content dashboards and be responsible for reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and overall results across all digital channels. Additionally, this role tracks and reports out on SEO and brand reputation management by monitoring and responding to branch/location reviews.

Marketo Campaign Architecture and Execution Partners with Digital Marketing Architect to create and send digital communications to members and non-members. Tools include software reaching members through email, website, and digital banking. Develops and execute targeted email marketing campaigns using digital automation tools that align with overall marketing strategy and objectives. Creates and manages nurture campaigns to engage and convert leads into members. Coordinates the development of personalized email templates and content based on member data and preferences. Tracks and analyzes campaign performance metrics to optimize future campaigns. Strategy and Results Participates in development and implementation of digital strategies, including modernizing platforms, improving user experience, member journeys, and maintaining best practices. Provides comprehensive results and analytics for results of digital communications and campaigns. CMS Coordination and Content Management: Oversees and manages the CMS platform, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, ADA compliant and aligned with brand standards. Creates and optimizes landing pages, forms, and content to support lead generation and member engagement. Collaborates with content creators to develop and implement a content strategy that drives traffic and conversions. Ensures the website adheres to accessibility guidelines and best practices. Manages and maintains Numerica's digital directory listings. Provides support for digital marketing initiatives and projects as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. Exhibits strong decision-making abilities, project management capabilities, communication and organizational skills. Responsible for completing all job functions (both internally and outsourced) within the timeframes and performance standards as guided by the Marketing and Communications Manager. Additional Responsibilities: Periodic time outside of normal business hours monitoring online activity may be required. Use of Numerica mobile phone or personal phone with necessary applications and access to Numerica email is required. Time spent outside of normal work hours is compensated. Maintains knowledge and adheres to all BSA regulations and compliance standards on internal and external policies. Effectively incorporates CARES Principles in daily behaviors and interactions:

PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:
Able to meet all production and distribution schedules for marketing plans, programs and collateral materials. Full understanding of online marketing and communications trends, social media platforms, and related programs. This position requires the ability to interact professionally with community members, managers and departments.
SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITY:
Leads projects and directs others on tasks that need to be accomplished to meet established goals.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent plus 3-5 years practical experience in a marketing function, or any combination of skills and experience equivalent to above requirements.

SKILLS and ABILITIES:

Knowledge of marketing and communication principles. Prior experience with CMS platforms and website management. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to operate a personal computer with the following software applications: Word processing, spreadsheet, basic Internet applications, PowerPoint; and experience with social media websites such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram. Familiarity with general business office equipment including computers, copiers, scanners, business phones. Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
