As a
Commercial Client Implementation Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating every phase of the project life cycle. You'll be responsible for guiding clients through the seamless implementation of Treasury Management services in our Commercial Bank, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new clients across our entire network. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Onboarding new clients to Treasury Management services by managing complex client projects and technical setups.
Collaborating with various internal departments to allocate the right resources and ensure services are effectively onboarded.
Consulting with the Treasury Management Office (TMO) and their clients to design programs and implement solutions tailored to client needs.
Translating client requirements into optimal system designs for their internal systems.
Preparing and coordinating necessary documentation for client onboarding.
Conducting training sessions for new clients on our applications and platforms to foster effective navigation.
Leading project calls with clients and essential team members to maintain clear communication and progress updates.
Developing and executing implementation project plans with the core project team, setting clear expectations and providing transparency throughout.
Ensuring all deliverables are met while holding task owners accountable and managing any implementation issues or escalations.
Managing ongoing communication with clients and internal partners, including updates for senior stakeholders.
Exhibiting creative problem-solving skills and sound decision-making to remove obstacles.
Taking ownership of risk issues and ensuring timely resolutions.
Establishing clear timelines and requirements, both internally and externally, to manage expectations.
Updating project tracking tools with concise and audience-specific project updates to keep stakeholders informed.
Acting as a subject matter expert by providing training and support to clients.
Collaborating with the QA team to ensure successful testing of all established plans.
Facilitating the transition from project implementation to long-term service support for clients.
Completing special projects and additional tasks as necessary.
Ideal Candidates Will Have: A high school diploma or equivalent, along with 5+ years of experience in program implementation or service roles.
Experience in project management or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates equivalent knowledge.
A strong understanding of customer-facing internet-based applications and commercial treasury products.
Knowledge of implementation, servicing, and operational processes within the financial services sector.
Familiarity with banking platforms, systems, and products.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
Knowledge of web-based Treasury applications like Pep+, UMB Direct, and equivalent systems.
An understanding of Cash Management products.
Compensation:
$51,480.00 - $99,330.00 The listed salary range represents UMB's standard for this role, but actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, experience, and other factors.
