The Vackner Allstate Agency is a growing, award‑winning agency proudly serving clients in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. We are looking for a driven and dependable Customer Service Representative / Sales Team Member to join our fast‑paced, team‑oriented office.
No insurance experience? No problem. We will train the right person and assist with licensing.

What You’ll Do
Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
Provide professional and timely customer support
Conduct policy reviews and cross‑sell opportunities
Follow up on leads and meet monthly sales goals
Accurately document all interactions in our eAgent system
Maintain compliance with carrier and agency guidelines
Work collaboratively with a high‑performing team

Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced office
Strong work ethic and accountability
Sales or customer service experience is a plus
Insurance license is a plus (we will assist in obtaining NY licensing if needed)
Bilingual is a plus
