A working knowledge of Marine engines and the sub-categories they may fall in to.
Familiar with the Suzuki, Yamaha, Mercury and Volvo Penta brands.
Greet customer promptly and courteously and present yourself in a professional manner.
Working knowledge of marine parts and components and ability to master dealer management software selected by organization.
Exhibit proper telephone technique with customers.
Process sales from retail customers, suggest additional related parts for completing the repair/sale.
Process sales from internal customers.
Maintain a courteous and professional working relationship with all members of the organization.
Process all paperwork on a timely basis and with accuracy.idk
