Your Role and Responsibilities Lead the design and technical pre-sales activities for SCM implementations. Collaborate with sales teams to grasp client requirements and tailor SCM solutions that meet their business needs. Create and deliver engaging solution design presentations, product demonstrations, and technical walkthroughs for key client stakeholders. Co-lead Oracle demonstrations with Oracle Solution Engineers for new opportunities. Conduct demonstrations for both existing and new clients. Assist in preparing SCM implementation proposals, cost estimates, RFI and RFP responses, offering expert insights into SCM capabilities. Support sales teams throughout the pre-sales lifecycle, address technical inquiries, and ensure a smooth transition into project delivery. Stay updated on SCM advancements, best practices, and new functionalities to offer clients industry-leading knowledge. This position can be performed from anywhere in the US. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Over 5 years of hands-on experience in SCM as a delivery consultant, specializing in implementation and solution design. Strong expertise in leading client engagements, facilitating workshops, and conducting solution walkthroughs. Experience with implementation timelines and cost estimates for transformational projects of varying scales. Proven ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to a non-technical audience, clearly articulating value and benefits. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Experience with other Oracle practices is a plus.
