IFA Brand Team

is looking for a savvy, creative, data‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing brand team. If you love building campaigns that engage audiences, thrive on analytics, and get excited about telling the story of agriculture and rural life through digital channels, this could be the perfect role for you.

In this position, you'll help plan, create, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that elevate the IFA brand across web, email, social media, and paid advertising. You'll help manage digital content, execute campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and work closely with designers, writers, and team leads to bring ideas to life.

We're seeking someone who's creative, strategic, detail‑oriented, and energized by both independent work and collaborative projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Digital Strategy & Campaign Execution

Collaborate with IFA's creative and marketing teams to develop digital marketing strategies and campaign goals

Execute multi‑channel campaigns designed to drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions

Support marketing initiatives across retail, agronomy, animal nutrition, and member‑focused programs

Content Creation

Create, edit, and format digital content for clarity, SEO, and brand voice

Write and edit copy that speaks to diverse audiences (farmers, ranchers, rural communities, lawn gurus, backyard gardeners, western lifestyle enthusiasts, retail shoppers, etc.)

Ensure consistency in tone, grammar, and style across all pages

Create compelling digital content-including web pages, social posts, email copy, graphics briefs, and short-form video concepts

Content Management

Plan and manage content calendars and workflows across web, email, and social media

Maintain site structure, navigation, and internal linking

Help maintain IFA's digital asset library and track content usage

Ensure compliance with legal and brand guidelines

Digital Advertising

Set up, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and others

Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging, targeting, and creative elements

Track ROI and work with team leads to recommend budget adjustments

Analytics & Optimization

Optimize content for search engines using keywords, metadata, and tagging to improve rankings

Support UX best practices to develop clear, easy-to-navigate layouts

Track key performance indicators across campaigns and platforms

Monitor channel analytics and generate performance reports

Identify insights and opportunities to improve content, targeting, and channel strategy

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with teammates to brainstorm campaign concepts

Provide feedback on creative assets and align content with brand guidelines

Communicate progress, insights, and campaign needs clearly with internal stakeholders

Support cross‑department initiatives by adapting content for different audiences and formats

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred but not required)

1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or campaign management

Technical Skills

Proficient with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp/HubSpot/CRM platforms, or similar

Comfortable working in content management systems (CMS)

Understanding of SEO best practices and keyword research

Familiar with paid social and PPC campaign structures

Basic design abilities or experience collaborating closely with designers is a plus

Creative Chops

Strong writing and content‑development skills

Ability to craft messaging and adapt tone for different platforms and audiences

Understanding of brand tone, voice, and visual consistency

Digital Fluency

Strong grasp of social media best practices, trends, and algorithms

Comfortable analyzing data, spotting trends, and making optimization recommendations

Experience with A/B testing, marketing funnels, and audience segmentation

Communication & Planning

Strong communicator, idea‑sharer, and problem‑solver

Highly organized, deadline‑driven, and detail‑oriented

Ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage time effectively

Bonus Points

Experience in agriculture, retail, or rural communities

Knowledge of email automation or CRM workflows

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment

Passion for farming, ranching, or rural living
