Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales Representative to join our Immunology team. This individual will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative therapies to healthcare providers within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the rare disease landscape, experience in specialty sales, and a proven track record of building meaningful customer relationships. You'll play a critical role in shaping how we support healthcare professionals and the patients they serve. Responsibilities
Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve or exceed sales goals. Educate healthcare professionals on the clinical benefits and appropriate use of our immunology/rare disease product(s). Identify, target, and engage key stakeholders including specialists, hospitals, infusion centers, and patient advocacy groups. Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services teams to support patient access and education. Maintain deep knowledge of disease state, product, competitive landscape, and evolving treatment guidelines. Ensure all activities are conducted within compliance guidelines and company policies. Qualifications
Required: Strong clinical acumen with the ability to discuss complex scientific information. Required: Proven success in a complex selling environment and ability to navigate matrixed organizations. Required: Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; life sciences or related field. Preferred: Advanced clinical degree such as PharmD, PA, or NP. Preferred: 3+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty sales experience; experience in immunology, rare disease, or specialty biologics strongly preferred. Skills
Preferred: Previous experience launching a new rare disease product or indication. Preferred: Strong understanding of patient access and reimbursement pathways. Preferred: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce) and digital sales platforms. Preferred: Experience working with patient advocacy organizations. Preferred: Ability to interpret and communicate scientific data to both clinical and non-clinical audiences. Preferred: Adaptability and resilience in a rapidly evolving environment. Willingness to travel within the territory as needed.
