
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Leasing Agent
to join our multifamily community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, relationship-building, and helping people find a place they’re proud to call home.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and engage prospective residents in person, by phone, and online
Conduct property tours and highlight apartment features and community amenities
Qualify prospects and close leases to meet occupancy goals
Prepare and process lease applications, renewals, and documentation
Deliver exceptional customer service to current and future residents
Assist with move‑ins, move‑outs, and resident communications
Maintain accurate records using property management software
Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure unit readiness
Support marketing efforts, outreach, and community events as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Schedule & Requirements
Weekend availability required (typically Saturdays)
Ability to walk the community and tour apartments
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment
